The entrance to the building itself is a promise of things to come with its wooden featuring and red carpet.
The actual penthouse is accessed by 2 doors, as is typical of traditional Parisian flat-one for you and one for the staf!!!
The apartment traverses the width of the building so has dual aspect and very pleasant in warm weather as has through ventilation.
The set-up is a living room facing the stunning pot planted balcony which in itself is the piece de la resistance of the flat sitting under the fabulous wrought iron arches. There is a wonderful view on Notre Dame and is a very pleasant place to relax after a long wander around Paris, particularly in the warm season.

The bedroom is spacious and faces an interior courtyard so is nice and quiet, has a 140cm double bed and an office corner.

The flat is situated in the historical and intellectual heart of the capital, in the prestigious 5th arrondissement, on the famous Rive Gauche (Left Bank).
