Terms of Service

The properties and services offered are as detailed on the PARISFLATLIST website. These are offered within the limit of availability. Each property has a specific description, as detailed by PARISFLATLIST.

The pictures on the website are as representative as possible but cannot guarantee the exact condition of the property on arrival, as the properties decoration can change from time to time due to the owners wishes.

PRICES

Prices that appears on the website are averaged prices in TTC in euro, they can vary according to the season and number of guest and are not inclusive of the cleaning fee which can vary form €30 to €60 according to the size and specifics of the apartment.

Low Season: from 01/11 to 28/02.

High Season: from 28/02 to 01/11.

The tourist tax isn’t included in the price and will be charged. It is 0.83€ per person per day.

There is no extra charge for infant as long as they do not occupy a specific bed.

KEY EXCHANGE

You will be met at the flat by a bilingual representative of Parisflatlist who will be at your disposal througout your stay in Paris to answer questions or offer advices.

We can provide you with two sets of keys on request.

  •  In case of loss or damage to the keys, the client responsible for the apartment will be liable for replacement costs of the keys.

CHECK IN AND OUT TIME

We are flexible on the arrival/departure time to satisfy all our guest’ needs.

LATE ARRIVAL: all arrival after 22H30 pm will be charge extra €25-30.

PACK SERVICE
The Pack Service for the whole stay includes:
-bedsheets  for all beds.
-1 bathroom towel per person.
-kitchen towel.
-toilet rolls and bin liners.
-some cleaning products and basic food products.
-cleaning of the apartment for arrival.

BOOKING PROCESS

Have you found that perfect property that suits your requirements? Click on the button «Book now» and you will be redirected to our contact form that will allow us to contact you and give you the booking process per mail:

  • A deposit of 25% will be asked to confirm the booking. We accept paypal or wire transferts.
  • You will receive an email of your booking confirmation and a copy of your passeport will be asked to edit you the contract. PARISFLATLIST will follow up the confirmation with all the necessary information regarding the terms of your stay (key delivery/pick-up times, check-in/out schedule) as well as some incidental information and advice to help make your stay as pleasant as possible.advices on what to visit/avoid…)
  • The balance can be paid upon arrival or in advance by paypal or wire transferts.

INSURANCE

A civil liability insurance is highly recommended when you rent a flat. PARISFLATLIST can help you find a proper one.

CANCELLATION 

In the unlikely event your booking is cancelled on the part of PARISFLATLIST, we will offer you another apartment in a superior catagory.

If this is not acceptable to you, we will refund the entire deposit paid.

Note: for any cancellation proceedings by the landlord, the deposit will not be returned.
